Stephen Hupp, PhD, è psicologo clinico e professore alla Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, negli Stati Uniti, dove ha vinto il Great Teacher Award e il Champion for Diversity Award. Tra i libri che ha curato, ricordiamo: Investigating pop psychology (2023), Le pseudoscienze in psicoterapia dell’infanzia e dell’adolescenza. Una guida scettica sul campo (2019; di prossima uscita presso Giunti) e Child and adolescent psychotherapy: Components of evidence-based treatments for youth and their parents (2018). È coautore di Great myths of child development (2015), Great myths of adolescence (2019) e Thinking critically about child development (2020). Ha anche scritto un libro-game per bambini intitolato Dr. Huckleberry’s true or malarkey? Superhuman abilities (2021).
